The quantities given in most cookbooks "to feed four" sometimes make me think, "four what? Hamsters?!" They are evidently not feeding pre-teenage boys! However, I've found the Web a great source of recipes in larger quantities, even if most of them are measured in cups rather than kilos & grams. Click below for some of our favourites, and hope you'll email me with your recipes to share, or post them on the .* I've found so many good recipes on US "Frugal" sites that I invested £1.50 in a set of measuring cups to save translating them.
